An established start-up Consumer Tech company is looking for a Senior Category Manager to be based in Singapore.

Client Details

Our client is an established start-up consumer company specialising in home and personal care services. They have presence in Singapore, India, Middle East and Australia market. With the vision to grow their brand further, they are now looking to hire a Senior Category Manager to be based in Singapore.

Description

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Business. Your main job responsibilities include:

• To own the build and growth phase for the category. This involves multiple initiatives on the demand side - constantly reiterating the product-market fit for the category
• Developing a deep understanding of the drivers and leading initiatives for category growth
• Strategising the retention/sustenance and building of a robust, reliable partner base across the entire Singapore market, to capture seasonal growth and sustain this across the rest of the year.
• Sharp focus on adequate partner earnings, the right training, equipping partners with necessary tools, and making their working lives easier, and allowing more productive time on jobs.

Profile

In order to be successful in the role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of work experience in business development or consulting within the consumer goods industry or consulting firm
• A Bachelor\'s degree in any related field
• Go-getter attitude and ability to be hands-on
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Strong entrepreneur mindset
