Your primary responsibilities include serving as a liaison between Channel Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Distributors. You\'ll review project statuses, manage budgets, coordinate schedules, and deliver status reports. Additionally, you\'ll assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. Your expertise will contribute to monitoring Channel Sales progress and problem-solving with project managers and customers.Key Responsibilities: * Channel Sales Activities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive Channel Sales initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives and sales strategies.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage ongoing projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project plans.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
  • Customer Support:
  • Provide excellent customer service to distributors and partners.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Team Alignment and Communication:
  • Facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, etc.).
  • Communicate effectively to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Status Reporting and Assessment:
  • Deliver regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and manage teams involved in Channel Sales activities.
  • Foster collaboration and drive results.
Key Experience & Capabilities:\xc2\xb7 A master\'s degree in a relevant field is preferred. This educational background provides a strong foundation for understanding complex business dynamics and strategic sales approaches.\xc2\xb7 Sales or Marketing Experience: A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in sales or marketing is essential.\xc2\xb7 Technical Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of how the company\'s products work is crucial.\xc2\xb7 Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital.We Value:\xc2\xb7 Principles of Channel Sales: A proficient understanding of the principles and best practices in Channel Sales.\xc2\xb7 Team Skills: Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Initiative and Independence: An ability to take initiative and work effectively with limited direction.\xc2\xb7 Influence and Adaptability: An ability to influence across a broader organization and adapt to changing circumstances.\xc2\xb7 Education and Experience: A Master\'s Degree is recommended, along with relevant years of experience and technical expertise for the role.\xc2\xb7 Proven business acumen in driving growth of \xe2\x80\x9cstartup\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cground floor\xe2\x80\x9d businessesAbout UsThe world is changing.
