Job Description

Responsible for leading the execution of projects in alignment with defined requirements. This includes reviewing designs, specifications, calculations, and other technical submissions, as well as overseeing project assessment phases. The engineer ensures that all designs and models comply with project specifications, leads tendering processes, and manages a team of engineers to drive ongoing performance improvement. Fulfilling the duties of a Qualified Person (QP) as defined under the Building Control Act. Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making skills. Well-versed in civil and structural engineering practices and has solid project management expertise. Strong leadership capabilities and effective communication skills are essential for this role. The position requires flexibility to work both in-office and on project sites.
Requirements


Recognized Degree in Building Construction Management, Civil and/or Structural Engineering, building discipline or equivalent preferable. Minimum 5-7 years experience in the Singapore Construction Industry, high-rise commercial building / mixed development/semiconductor factory/healthcare building project is preferred. Knowledge in BIM
