:Responsible for providing delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate marine claims including cargo, hull, marine liability, fine arts etc.Role and responsibilities:

• Proactively manage claims.
• Reviewing and analyzing policy coverage.
• Ensure adequacy of reserve, conduct on time file review and resolution.
• Evaluate and negotiate the resolution of claims ensuring cost effective outcome.
• Identifying potential fraud, risk management and recovery.
• Managing client\'s expectation both internal and external
• Taking responsibility for ad-hoc projects.

• Broad knowledge of marine policies and businesses.
• Demonstrated effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to be capable of dealing with all levels of Chubb personnel as well as customers, brokers, loss adjusters, reinsurers and lawyers.
• Ability to adjust to change driven by business needs.
• Must work effectively as part of the team.
• Ability to look for win-win outcomes with customers.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of quality in all claims administration activities ensuring that settlement times and complaint levels are minimized and that customer surveys provide positive indication of ongoing success.
• Sound knowledge of claims administration procedures and related systems.
• Ability to develop and implement appropriate claims management strategies and plans
