The Opportunity: The PureSpectrum APAC offices are just over 1 year old and in this time we have amassed a best in class regional team (in Singapore, Sydney and India) as well as a very impressive roster of clients across 15 APAC countries. We are now looking for individuals to contribute step changes' to our existing growth by hiring experienced MR focussed leaders and managers. We are looking for those candidates who can embrace a beat yesterday' ethos in all they do. PureSpectrum is seeking a seasoned Senior Client Development Director with a proven track record of onboarding $500K p.a. clients in ASIA to help fuel the existing momentum of PureSpectrum. As the Client Development Director you will be responsible via your existing network and focused account prospecting to identify and create senior decision making touch points successfully delivering the full PureSpectrum value proposition in order to meet aggressive growth targets. The ideal candidate will have a clear track record going back at least 8 years in major client acquisition with the past 5 at least being specific to the Market Research industry. You will have responsibility for creating, nurturing and successfully transitioning accounts to our Account Director team leads for overall management of the day to day running of the business. You will be expected in any forum to evangelize the PureSpectrum offering with clarity from C-Suite downwards. Location: Singapore Your Responsibilities: Plan, create, track and execute on large client acquisition strategies across Asia Maintain strong pipeline and conversion to exceed quarterly / annual targets Create and maintain exceptional forecasts by market, client vertical and and product line Become a leading expert in all things PureSpectrum Be the leading voice of the customer internally working with Regional Management, Product and Marketing Teams. Collaborate with and Mentor regional and global development and account teams to further the skill sets and best practices of client interactions. Requirements: Candidates must have 8+ years of sales experience in the market research or equivalent industry Strong understanding of Market Research in Asia and also key experience across Greater China, South East and North Asia. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience required Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills Strong follow-through skills Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills Solid judgment and decision-making abilities Strong analytical aptitude, results oriented mindset with great attention to detail Expert usage of sales tracking software such as CRM and BI tools.
