• Build strong patient relationships through personalised care and follow-up
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Conduct tech-enhanced therapies to improve patient\xe2\x80\x99s health and wellness
• Educate patients on treatment plans, products, and services
• Achieve monthly sales targets through exceptional customer service, without hard selling
• Identify and convert sales opportunities to drive clinic growth
• Participate in promotional activities and contribute to marketing strategies
• Efficiently manage patient appointments and registrations
• Handle patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Perform cashiering duties and manage financial transactions
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Train and mentor junior staff on sales, customer service, and clinical procedures
• Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure proper handling, packaging, and labelling of medications
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and hygienic clinic environment

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with some supervisory responsibilities in retail/healthcare/wellness/aesthetics or similar settings
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in relevant beauty and wellness qualifications (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, WSQ, ITEC, etc.) preferred
• Bilingual proficiency is required
• Passionate about the healthcare industry and committed to delivering exceptional patient care
• Able to work in retail operation timings
