How to succeed:

• ITIL and PMP/PRINCE2 certified

• Possess at least one of the following certifications:

(a) AWS Certified SysOps Administrator \xe2\x80\x93 Associate;

(c) AWS Certified Solution Architect \xe2\x80\x93 Associate;

(c) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate;

(d) Google Cloud: Associate Cloud Engineer

• 7+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in business and technical analysis, architecture design and project management

• Knowledge of DevOps techniques

• Strong working knowledge and ability to apply architecture concepts, frameworks and methodologies to projects

• Ability to communicate IT architecture methods, concepts, standards and practices

• Support WOG-wide ICT Governance efforts (E.g. Account Review Process, follow-up for security testing & IT audit, etc.);

• Work with supporting vendors to ensure proper day-to-day functioning and operations of the various IT services;

• Troubleshoot issues raised and work closely with NHB\xe2\x80\x99s appointed Facilities Management team to ensure rectification and proper closure of problems encountered according to stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Coordinate the deployment of Software Enhancements, Upgrades & Patches to ensure infrastructure or application-infrastructure compatibility;

• Able to work well within team and willing to learn;

• Good grasp of emerging technology trends;

• Start-up focused with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude;

• Strong work ethics.
