Working hours: Monday to Friday, office hours
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and implement communication campaigns to promote organizational programs, initiatives, and innovations, including the development of social media content.
Develop and execute staff engagement strategies to strengthen company culture and foster internal collaboration.
Provide strategic communications counsel to internal teams, including branding and editorial oversight.
Develop and implement crisis communication plans; participate in emergency preparedness exercises and ensure timely response to any communication crises.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
Min. 2-3 years of communications experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to manage and execute successful communications campaigns.
Strong knowledge of effective communication tools and channels, both traditional and digital.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative, meticulous, and results-driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
