The Role
As a Senior Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to strengthen external and initial communications to gain positive public awareness on the Bank's products and services.
How you'll contribute
Develops and implements strategic communications plans to support Bank goals/initiatives, helping to increase brand awareness, build reputation and creative employee engagement.
Heads development of Annual and Sustainability Report and other communications plans from concept to delivery
Develops all communication plans, issues briefs, and other communication materials, as needed and/or in collaboration with Brand, Internal Communications and Engagement teams.
Partners with teams throughout the Bank, including Retail Digital Team, Branch Banking Group, Fraud, Crisis Management Committees, and other internal teams to develop effective and efficient communications, including communications that manage and protect the Bank's external brand, as well as drive positive reputation (via SOV metrics).
Leads special projects, as required by leadership.
Experience working in the marketing, communications field.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, or Journalism
At least 10 years of relevant experience
Knowledgeable in professional writing and editing techniques, basic business, and terminology
With strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
Able to communicate effectively with senior management, internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients
