Brief Description of the Role We are looking for a Senior Communications Manager to help craft and execute Elevandi’s communications strategy. This will include media relations, local market executive visibility, and owned content development, among other opportunities.

/Qualifications

• Leading communication planning and execution for our initiatives
• Tell our story by crafting and developing suitable content – including messaging, media releases, blog posts, bylines, FAQ, and corporate narratives
• Amplifying our initiatives and updates - includes writing press releases, coming up with ideas for contribution pieces, managing media interviews, handling media queries and organising media events
• Build and manage several local and international media partnerships for our initiatives such as Singapore Fintech Festival, Point Zero Forum, etc
• Demonstrate excellent organisational and management skills with the ability to multitask
• Work cross-functionally to plan and execute PR campaigns in-country and regionally
• You have extensive media relations and digital experience, with confidence in designing integrated campaigns across multiple channels
• Have a passion for storytelling with the ability to develop and lead creative strategies and briefs
• Be able to build and maintain strong client and media relationships

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

• Minimum 6+ years of public relations and communications experience (preferably in an agency or in-house setting working with finance or technology companies)
• College graduate, preferably with a bachelor’s degree in communications, political science, or journalism
• Superior communication, written and interpersonal skills for client and partner relations
• Experience in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and crisis management
• Capable of handling multiple clients and accounts, ensuring timely response and reporting
• Strong work ethic
• Expert in navigating the media landscape
• Track record for meeting and exceeding clients' expectations
• Ability to perform well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage a team
• Excited to participate in the industry ecosystem and community
• Macro-level thinking and ability to contextualize information for different industries
• Professional conduct within and outside the office while conducting agency business
• Developing and managing top-tier media relationships in your assigned region to place news, and features and address corrections when necessary
• Leading communication planning and execution for in-market initiatives
• Experience in FinTech would be an advantage
