About the company ISKRA is a Web3 Game Community Platform that enables exciting opportunities and new gaming experiences for players, developers and investors. We are backed by a Kakao-founded accelerator from Korea, and plan to deploy a $200M game fund to launch next-gen web3 games on their own platform based on the Klaytn blockchain. The majority of the team is based in Seoul, South Korea, but are rapidly expanding its global workforce to Bangkok, Los Angeles, and Sao Paolo. What you'll need This position is a brand-new opening for someone who has:

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 4 years of experience in similar role managing a community on a strategic level

• Must have a crypto community participation or management (at least moderator in those projects).

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Self-starter, who has the ability to work independently.

• Willing to work from 10am to 5pm South Korean Time

• Understand crypto community landscape and collaborate with other communities to grow and maintain user.

• Manage community in discord and other social media platforms.

• Develop results-driven retention campaigns to keep communications clear and open with the community, promoting engagement and a sense of belonging.

• Develop results-driven engagement campaigns to mobilize the community to create UGC, recruit, promote, and purchase products.

• Manage a team of senior moderators and moderator
