Nittan Capital Singapore is a Singapore Recognized Market Operator located in Raffles Place. We are currently looking for a Compliance Officer to join the team. Compliance Manager

• Oversees the Compliance/Risk Management Department and reports to the Managing Director.

• Ensure the smooth operation of the Compliance/Risk Management Department

• Regularly review and conduct risk assessment of existing Company policies, procedures and practices and ensure they are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and latest MAS requirements

• Recommend, develop and implement policies and action plans to meet Company compliance and audit requirements

• Preparation and maintenance of compliance reports for audit or regulatory submissions

• Recommend the initiation of investigative procedures in response to alleged violations of rules and policies

• Report to Board of Directors and Senior Management on any material breaches of applicable laws, compliance policies and procedures

• Liaise with external consultants and auditors relating to compliance matters

• Ensure employees are educated with latest regulations and processes

• Handling ad-hoc tasks as required by Management

• Possess a Bachelor Degree or other equivalent professional qualifications with at least 5 years of relevant compliance experience in Financial Institutions
• Knowledge of MAS requirements, laws and regulations and industry practices
• Hands on, independent and keen to work in a small team
