Conceptualize, design and manage the production of a wide range of marketing materials including print and digital advertising, posters and displays, corporate identity, social media/digital communications and merchandise.
Work closely with the various departments to ensure design is in line with the overall brand marketing strategy while working within graphical standards guide; ensuring creatives are on-brand and proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
Contribute ideas and think creatively while defining the design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
Work with a wide range of media, including photography and video editing.
Ensure smooth coordination of advertising processes such as development of artwork, color separation and printing requirements.
Communicate and work efficiently and effectively with different departments.
Conducting user research and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
Staying up-to-date on the latest design trends and tools to ensure that their work is cutting-edge and effective.
Ensuring consistency in content and compatible designs across all brand platforms & devices mobile, tablet, different screen sizes.
Requirement
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design
Preferably with 3-4 years of experience in Graphic Design
Creative and skillful at conceptualizing and producing artwork for all media including print and digital.
Competent in Mac design software such as Adobe CS Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and related design software
Experience and knowledge of website design, UI/UX and/or photography will be an advantage.
Highly disciplined with excellent work ethics and attitude, organized and meticulous.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as a team, multi-task, work fast and meet tight deadlines.
Highly self-motivated, creative and adaptable to a fast-paced environme
