The Content Producer is responsible for producing strong audience-focused content for Home & Decor's digital and print platforms, in line with the brand's editorial strategy. Beyond the digital and pr The Content Producer is responsible for producing strong audience-focused content for Home & Decor's digital and print platforms, in line with the brand's editorial strategy. Beyond the digital and print platforms, you will also work on other content formats like video. As an essential creative component of the editorial team, your key KPI will be to produce quality and engaging content for the Home & Decor community across all platforms and formats. You will also be required to create strong commercial content for our advertising partners. Responsibilities Pitch creative and relevant story ideas and work with the Editor-in-Chief to decide the best ways to present the content across the various platforms Conduct interviews with newsmakers, interior designers and homeowners to produce content with the aim of engaging the audience and community Write/Edit assigned features and meet the deadlines stipulated for print and online Attend industry events as a representative of the Home & Decor editorial team Produce interesting short-form videos for Home & Decor's social media Assist with video projects and photo-shoots where necessary Requirements Keen interest in areas relating to the Home & Decor brand (eg, interior design, space planning, furniture, property news and property-related financial matters, etc) Experience in creating engaging content for web as well as print Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and best practices in online writing Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting Work efficiently under pressure to meet pressing deadlines Strong command of English language Comfortable with using video production apps Experience with InDesign and Premier Pro is preferred Knowledge in basic storyboarding and feature writing A flair for storytelling through various channels and formats
