Handle full range of conveyancing matters such as sale & purchase, refinancing, full redemption for commercial/industrial/JTC properties, HDB commercial properties, private residential properties and HDB residential properties.
Prepare legal conveyancing documentation and handle e-lodgments/e-stamping etc.
Provide administrative support in legal documentation and secretarial work, conduct searches, billing and keeping deadlines.
Communicate with clients, banks, CPF Board and parties related to the conveyancing process.
Ensure smooth completion of the conveyancing transactions.
All other secretarial/administrative duties assigned
