Community Engagement

\xc2\xb7 Strategize and develop impactful programmes leading to the holistic integration and normalization of beneficiaries\' lives

\xc2\xb7 Oversee and anchor the implementation of the community hub and caf\xc3\xa9/minimart initiative

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external community partners in fulfilling community engagement projects

\xc2\xb7 Build up a strong community culture among beneficiaries and external stakeholders

Publications and Communications

\xc2\xb7 Oversee and develop external publications and centre-level resources, including annual reports, articles, standard operating procedures, protocols

\xc2\xb7 Manage internal communications and corporate paraphernalia ranging from notice boards, presentations, corporate video, corporate gifts

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and correspond with Corporate Services and external agencies on media-related matters such as media consent forms, interviews, filming, award nominations

\xc2\xb7 Handle and attend to external visits, feedback and public relations

Volunteer, Donor and Events Management

\xc2\xb7 Support the department in the volunteer management and related activities

\xc2\xb7 Support the department in donor management and relations

\xc2\xb7 Support the organizing of key centre-wide events through collaborations with internal departments and external agencies

Administrative and Other Work

\xc2\xb7 Support in the preparation of departmental plans, reports and related admin work

\xc2\xb7 Participate in key strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Provide coverage in the absence of Executive - CP

\xc2\xb7 Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of Centre

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Marketing & Communications or similar w min 5 yrs of relevant experience
