Salary: up to $4500

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office hours

Location: Novena

:

  • Supervise and ensure all mechanical / electrical / air conditioning systems are maintained in good working conditions at all times
  • Ensure effective implementation of preventive maintenance and calibration schedules for the above systems
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with internal users and external vendors for the execution of maintenance services
  • Conduct assessment of equipment and systems and submit proposal for repair and replacement including sourcing and budgeting for projects
  • Process all contractors\' claims for payment, adhering to proper financial procedures and proper accounting of goods / services rendered
  • Plan and conduct training for end-users on equipment and safety
Job Requirements: Min Degree in Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or similar w min 3-5 yrs of relevant experience, preferably in public sector
