Preparing & filing of e-forms with ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms;
Ensure compliance with statutory & regulatory requirements;
Application for working passes;
Incorporation of new companies;
Registration of Representative office;
Prepare the XBRL;
Meeting clients & provide general advice on compliance requirements;
Overseeing the office admin support;
Liaison with existing & potential clients
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies, Finance, Accountancy, Secretarial or equivalent;
Candidates with ICSA qualification or currently pursuing the ICSA will be much preferred and can be considered for a senior position
At least 3 years relevant experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services or legal firms
Familiar with ACRA Biz-filing requirements;
Experience in managing a team is preferred;
Meticulous, good organizing & coordinating skills;
Good command of spoken & written English
