Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily crewing functions, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, including IMO conventions, Flag state requirements, and local regulations.
Develop and implement strategies for recruitment, retention, performance management, and training. Handle insurance claims, crew budgets, and disciplinary actions effectively.
Efficiently manage crew mobilization and demobilization, including work passes, travel, visas, and accommodations. Maintain accurate crew records, ensure timely payroll processing, and facilitate logistics for crew changes.
Demonstrate strong leadership and accountability in supporting and coaching staff. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the organization\xe2\x80\x99s quality, safety, and environmental standards are upheld.
Requirements:
Diploma in Maritime Business/Nautical Studies or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience dealing with Flag, MPA, ICA, and MOM in crewing/ship management.
Good understanding of crewing and manning requirements of Harbor Craft vessels.
