This role will be working very closely and providing support to the A&P and Marcom team by assisting in the day-to-day administrative work and manage the Customer Service Counter, ensuring that it is well organized.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the customer service team and to ensure smooth daily operations
• Duty roster planning, updating, and checking of the attendance records of the customer service team
• Assist in the execution of the mall\'s promotion and redemption programs, member redemptions, and sale of shopping vouchers
• Handle shoppers\'/ tenants\' feedback, enquiries and complaints in a tactful and professional manner
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Manager / Senior Executive, A&P

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality or related industry
• Cheerful and pleasant personality
• Good leadership and people management skills, and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
