In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Provide administrative support to the business development team
- Provide day operations support to the project team
- Respond to sales enquiries or requests in a timely manner
- Develop relationships with potential clients by following up on inbound leads and making outbound emails/calls
- Design and implement customer renewals/retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business
- Present excellent knowledge in our products and services to prospective clients
- Assist in partner and customer training
- Assist in managing CEO schedule and other admin tasks
- Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
