In this role, you will be responsible for:
Provide administrative support to the business development team
Provide day operations support to the project team
Respond to sales enquiries or requests in a timely manner
Develop relationships with potential clients by following up on inbound leads and making outbound emails/calls
Design and implement customer renewals/retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business
Present excellent knowledge in our products and services to prospective clients
Assist in partner and customer training
Assist in managing CEO schedule and other admin tasks
Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Prerequisites for the role include: \xc2\xa7 Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience \xc2\xa7 Meticulous and organised with a keen eye for details \xc2\xa7 Experience in Microsoft Projects and/or Salesforce Management System \xc2\xa7 Experience in B2B Inside Sales preferred \xc2\xa7 Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills \xc2\xa7 Strong team player \xc2\xa7 High energy level in a fast and dynamic environment
