The Company Our client is a global digital agency with offices in 19 countries, employing more than 5,000 people worldwide and Singapore is its APAC office.

The Role You will be responsible for building data architecture by connecting clients digital/martech platforms and present campaign performance with data insights. This also includes implementation of measurement and optimization frameworks across portfolio of projects and engagements.

You will be part of pitches and evaluating opportunities with teams across different functionality. You will also be the point of contact with Finance to manage all post sales project financials for related data services.

  • Driving entire process from idea to analysis and pre-test to implementation and evaluation.
  • Hands-on work in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics covering visualization, automation, insights presentation.
  • Configure and use digital platforms (web & social) to analyse online user behaviour and provide meaningful insights and recommendations towards optimization.
  • Using automated tools and scripts to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
  • Generate reports, identify stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data to help client get full potential from their digital channels.
  • Create solutions to make data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across data sets.
  • Train end-users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics with proven 6+ years experience in strategic thinking and implementation of digital analytics solutions within an agency and/or client marketing analytics function.
  • Experience in leading and implementing data analytics and measurement solutions with proven business impact.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of visualisation tools such as Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
  • Familiar with digital channgels such as Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Social Media Analytics Tools.
  • Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement for the role.
