Senior Data Analyst JD

Castlery is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Supply Chain, Strategy and Intelligence Team.

As part of our Supply Chain Strategy and Business Intelligence team, your role as a Senior Data Analyst will be reviewing data to identify key insights into a business\'s customers and ways the data can be used to solve problems. You\'ll also communicate this information to the Castlery\'s leadership and to the other relevant stakeholders.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Lead the implementation and administration of Microsoft Power Platform products.
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality data models and reports in Power BI.
• Work closely with various departments to solve their problems with advanced statistical modelling technique and decent Python/ R programs.
• Work closely with data and software engineering teams to design data layers and data pipelines.
• Drive data infrastructure improvement initiatives to keep data stack modern and productive.
• Democratise data analysis by preparing clear documentations and regular training.
• Automate repetitive tasks and communications wherever possible by applying automation.
• Own Castlery\'s data analytics road map and be the go-to expert in everything data related.

What You\'ll Need

• University degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or other equivalent degrees with outstanding record of academic achievement.
• 3 year of experience as Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Industrial Engineer or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in Power BI administration and development, including DAX/ Power Query.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing principles, data modelling, and data architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, pytorch, etc.).
• Passion for solving challenging problems by leveraging on the right technology.
• Effective in identifying issues and opportunities by using data correctly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
• Ability to deliver complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
