Senior Designer
Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leading, mentoring, and developing an architectural team Create conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings Create and oversee general design development and project direction Preparation of specifications and tender documentation Plan and supervise authority submission requirements and procedure for projects Coordinate with technical consultants Oversee project contract execution and on-site supervisionJOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE) A recognized Degree in Architecture, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant architectural experience Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices Strong knowledge and understanding of project, material, and cost management. Proven knowledge in carpentry construction & technical detail drawings. Excellent in design presentation and human relation skill. Good team leader Conversant with local codes and regulations Autodesk, 3D modelling (SketchUp), and preferably BIM project implementation experience with in-depth knowledge of REVIT architecture Must have contract administration experience and able to Coordinate
