DESIGNATION : Senior/ Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be the designer mainly (but not limited to) for FairPrice digital business. Designing and/or adapting digital assets for electronic direct mailers (eDMs), banners for paid media, animated videos for Youtube paid media, materials for digital screens, collaterals for print, etc. Working closely with the Design Manager on overall creative direction. You are also required to put on a strategic hat, to constantly challenge yourself and the company to improve with the goal of creating better customer experience. Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the Design Manager and collaborate with Copywriter to generate and deliver design solutions (eDMs, digital banners, collaterals) and ensure consistent brand voice and user friendliness across the digital marketing touchpoints
• To create animated and static digital assets or print assets for Marketing department
• Working with various teams to design and create assets related to enhancements to digital platforms
• To support creation of A/B testing content and design
• Proactively suggest ways to improve customers experience on digital platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing agencies, Advertising agencies or Design Agencies for Designer
• Must have experience in responsive web design for iOS and Android, Apple and Windows platforms
• Software skills: Adobe Suite (Especially After Effects), Powerpoint, Microsoft Office suite
• Working knowledge of video editing is a must.
• Experience working with/in eComerce related companies is a bonus.
• Must have experience in designing print collaterals
• Ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team
• Highly customer-focused, and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
• Resourceful problem solver who can think out of the box
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player and ability to collaborative and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
