Senior Designer
Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To liaise with client's representatives, consultants and local authorities. To coordinate design development and prepare drawing fit for construction, authority submission and tender. To attend project related meetings & participate effectively in technical and design discussions. To conduct periodical site inspections to ensure design and authority compliances. Able to carry out from design conceptualization to completion within the deadline. Able to think strategically and good leadership skills.JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE) Recognised Degree in Architecture Minimum 5 years' experience Conversant in AutoCAD, 3D, BIM, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop Familiar with execution of Singapore project Excellent presentation skills Responsible person with ability to work independently in a team environment Familiar with building by-laws and authorities.
