Our client, global design agency is looking for a Senior Designer join their talented team in Singapore! They value flexibility and work life balance. And they are on a hybrid work model! Provide on-the-job guidance and training for designers within project teams.

IDEA & BRAND BUILDING

• Demonstrate design leadership in collaborative brainstorms (e.g. bring- ing meaningful ideas & stimulus, sketches, positive team encouragement, building on others ideas)
• Understand components of a strategic brand positioning: IDC brand story, brand character, tone or voice, visual spaces & how it effects execution
• Understand the intent of a brand architecture & ability to create packaging solutions in response to an established architecture
• Able to visualize strategic intent (bring information to life in a clear and meaningful way vs. a “clean up”)
• Prepare initiative level presentations in partnership with the CD/CS
• Understand the development of brand identity systems and contribute toguideline development
• Be a category thought leader (stay in the know on categorydevelopments, competitive news, trends and opportunities, actively visitsstores on a regular basis, when brief is received) & share knowledge
• Provide constructive feedback and critiques to designers to guide designrefinements prior to sharing with a director
• Decipher and respond to design feedback from client on small scaleprojects
• Manage small projects with oversight from CD

• Ensure team mastery in design programs by distributing knowledge
• Advanced design skills (typography, layout, color, etc) with a focus onexpanding skill set into new categories, brands or aesthetics
• Clearly understand project requirements and be able to independentlydeliver high quality design with minimal guidance from team leads
• Take ownership over the quality of the personal contributions & activelyseeks to ensure executional success of the project as a whole
• Proactive problem solving mid-set (ex. bring solutions not problems)
• Applies learning from past projects to execute in a more efficient manor(develops intuitive brand memory/recall)

• Full understanding of print production processes and category specific print technologies
• Check mechanical files before release (and create if needed)
• Act as liaison with production manager and client PPM
• Attend print production calls
