What you will do

The candidate will be responsible for Key duties related to Design for Test

DFT Architecture Design

: Develop and implement advanced DFT methodologies to enhance IC testability, incorporating features like scan chains, BIST, and JTAG. Optimize test coverage and reduce test time with minimal impact on performance and area.

Test Pattern Development and Simulation

: Creating test patterns for fault models like Stuck-at, Delay, Cell-Aware, Bridging, and IDDQ, and running simulations to verify their effectiveness and ensure high fault coverage.

ATE Test Set Preparation and Wafer-Level Testing

: Preparing final test programs for Automated Test Equipment and conducting tests on dies at the wafer level to identify defects before packaging.

Mass Production and Technical Support

: Ensuring efficient testing processes for large-scale production, assisting in silicon bring-up and troubleshooting during production, and collaborating with design and manufacturing teams

What you will bring

DFT Engineer with experience in Scan, ATPG and Pattern Verification. Experienced in advanced DFT features like Scan Compression, Wrapper, OCC etc. Experienced with analysing Scan timing paths in STA. Thoroughly understands Stuck-at and Transition fault model. Able to debug DFT DRC, perform Test Coverage analysis. Independently performs ATPG pattern simulation and debugs failures. Expertise in TestMAX and Tessent tools.
