With a refreshed brand in place, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Senior Designer to help continue the evolution and development of our brand visual language, crafting a strategic approach to all of our marketing content and beyond.

Reporting to our Lead Designer, the right candidate will have diverse experience across brand and strategy from a digital perspective \xe2\x80\x93 helping to craft digital-first campaigns, lead the improvement of our website UI and UX, and shape our vision to change employment for good.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our Lead Designer and the wider design team to conceptualise and design a diverse range of branded creative assets, bringing our master brand to life in compelling and exciting ways.
• Collaborate with our Growth Marketing team to work on improving our conversion rates for advertising and website flows
• Collaborate with a team of writers, designers and external agencies to bring our brand assets to life in a digital environment
• Work alongside and collaborate with junior creative team members, giving guidance and feedback where necessary
• Work with our brand and content marketers to develop and maintain our visual identity across all digital touchpoints
• Work with our Campaign Managers, Growth and Loyalty teams to create compelling content across multiple media formats, including our website, digital advertising, social media, downloadables, videos, animations, events and beyond.
• Ensure our designs are distinctive, compelling and accessible for a diverse global audience and varied demographics.

Requirements

• 6+ years proven design experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe CC, Figma and Canva.
• Experience with wireframing and user journeys.
• Experience working with any WYSIWYG website builder (Webflow, Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace etc.)
• Willingness to take ownership and learn.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your skills in digital design.

Bonus but not essential

• Motion graphics experience (After Effects preferred)
• Experience working with CSS grid and Flexbox layouts
• A very basic understanding of Javascript and how it\xe2\x80\x99s used in website design
• Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
• Experience working with frontend developers
• Experience with HTML5 and Google Web Designer
