As SK-II Senior Media Manager, you drive the media-led transformation of driving new users single-mindedly. With near 100% investment behind digital media, this requires both strategic and operational knowledge of key media channels - programmatic, social commers, video led story-telling, DTC & website optimization, performance marketing. With 40% business contributed by media, this is a core brand function role that is well coordinated in to the end-to-end marketing!Your Team You will be part of the Global SK-II headquarters based in Singapore and report to the Global SK-II Media Director. You will work very closely with internal marketing and commercial teams, as well as external vendors and agencies to deliver results.What Success Looks like You shape the future of how media and technology are used in the workplace and be part of an entrepreneurial team in one of P&G's fastest-growing businesses. You craft and execute innovations with a focus on driving business growth. You can work cross-functionally across the entire SK-II World-side organization to ensure seamless coordination and execution of digital media programsResponsibilities Planning and buying of various media channels used to deliver brands' communication and advertising (e.g. television, newspapers, magazines, radio, billboards, direct mail, search, mobile, etc.) Owning media from the data, technology and analytics through planning and buying Ensuring brand's advertising reaches as many category buyers, as often as possible to optimally influence purchasing decisions Driving SK-II's media-led story-telling and innovations across consumer value chain globally Manage the digital media strategy globally Oversee execution across a wide array of campaigns, products, platforms and markets, including performance marketing & brand building Innovate digital media services Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in media planning, bidding operations required and Market Ad tech space, preferably worked in media agency or Direct to consumer business Hands-on experience on planning campaigns & analysing results across key digital pillars - search, social, video, programmatic, website, Be-spoke, influencers Strong analytical ability to develop data driven media strategies Strong leadership skills with ability to lead change and drive innovation High Collaboration skills internally and externally across region Excellent digital media (Social, Search, TikTok, Video, Programmatic, Performance, E-Media, Website, DTC etc) skills, other tools such as tableau, JMP or SQL are advantage but not requirement Prior experience with Google Ads & Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Nielsen (TAM, DAR), verification (Moat, DoubleVerify, IAS) is a plus About us Visit http://www.pg.com to know more.
