JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Senior Director, Central Project, Capacity & Planning to join their team!

With a direct reporting role to the Deputy COO, the ideal candidate is a leader with demonstrated ability in executing new capacity planning methodologies process mapping, process roll out and organization adherence to new processes. This opportunity requires excellent planning and project management, problem-solving and communication skills with a strong track record of delivering results. Cross-team collaboration, project management, and executive presentation skills are essential. A strong record of customer advocacy and influence without authority is important for this role.
The responsibilities of this role are:

  • Lead and manage Global Central Project & Capacity Planning and for the Semiconductor Solutions segment
  • Strategize and implement S&OP process to enable efficient planning and promote process improvement and standardization across all operational sites
  • Implement and manage capacity planning and management tools and technology enablers to improve operating accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage Project office and align with operation support teams to deliver on capacity plan and ensure timely project completion
  • Manage and monitor Production system implementation and drive Operational excellence
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Management, Project Management or a related field of study
  • At least 10 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment leading projects, logistics or supply chain, industrial engineering or planning for large-scale global operations
  • Strong experience with Capacity planning, Central Planning and Operational Excellence activities
  • Demonstrated ability to set up processes to scale up operations in a fast-paced organization
  • Demonstrated ability to drive Production System and Operational Excellence Industrial Engineering or central background
  • Preferable experience in operating and managing a site
  • Strong experience in managing multiple stakeholders
