Job Description

Responsible for managing facilities and enabling functions at site. These include facilities operations, facilities & building infrastructures, utilities & services, safety, occupational health, environmental protection and site security functions.

In your new role you will:

• Establish team direction, policies, guidelines and operating SOPs to ensure all existing and new facilities / systems are standardized; meeting requirements and continually updated to ensure relevance, compliance with all corporate rules and local laws .
• Ensure plant is operated and maintained under compliance with all relevant legal obligations and corporate governance .
• Lead processes for identifying and implementing Facility Management (FM), Environment Safety and Health (ESH), and Security best practices with other sites and segments.
• Implement factory automation initiatives embracing IoT, Industry 4.0 work concepts & methods, and combining data analytics to enable higher productivity, better process stability & control and enhancing predictive nature in FM operational excellence.
• Drive standardization on preventive maintenance and other FM services with process framework as part of design target and objectives.
• Initiate and drive energy & resource efficiency programs towards carbon neutrality with internal audit plans under various adopted management systems.
• Set and review KPIs with teams and management; charting out specifications and focus attention areas when needed. Ability to interpret site and segment short to long term business plans aligned with FM strategies for short and long term budgeting .
• Seek to continually improve cost effectiveness of utilities and provide functional expertise to support Managers for site operations to run smoothly, safely and in a secure way synonymous to that of a high performance company.
• Assess and develop teams with necessary technical, functional leadership; provide training and development to continually upgrade the overall development in Facilities Operations, Facilities Engineering, ESH and Security.
