Job Description

• 4-5 Star Hotel
• Basic up to $4000
• 5 Days Work (3 Shifts)
• Location: Central / South

Responsibilities:

• Focus on ensuring the hotel operates smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.

Implement a rotation schedule to ensure all sections are adequately covered. * Establish performance metrics for junior staff and conduct regular evaluations.

• Provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure staff maintain a positive corporate image.
• Develop a standard operating procedure (SOP) for guest interactions to ensure promptness, courtesy, and efficiency.
• Set up a checklist for preparing VIP rooms and ensuring all amenities are provided.
• Implement a key control system to ensure keys are issued only to authorized personnel.
• Schedule regular meetings with housekeeping to address discrepancies and variances.
• Train front office staff on how to handle incidents and direct guests to the Security department.
• Develop a comprehensive training program for reception staff, including on-the-job training (OJT) plans.
• Monitor room inventory daily and adjust strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Additional Information:

• At least 2 years experience in Duty Manager.
