Senior E Commerce Operations Executive (1 Year)

Job Description


:

  • Manage ecommerce product listing, content creation, launch new products on our site and maintenance of product pages.
  • Facilitate communication, obtain product listing pre-requisites (Product files, write ups, Images, Coupon logics) working with assigned merchants to keep the product listing team\'s pipeline ready.
  • Manage quality checks on the product listing before publishing on the website to ensure prompt delivery of high-quality data for our systems.
  • Conduct daily + weekly merchandising audits, helping to report and resolve bugs and optimize onsite experience.
  • Work with the merchandisers, marketing, and relevant internal stakeholders to evaluate, analyze, and improve the quality of product listing wherever required.
  • Ensure daily workflow tasks are completed within designated timelines with good quality.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations. Assist to check stock availability and prompt for replenishment timely working with relevant merchants/merchandisers.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base, including templates, SOP\'s, guidelines, best practices, training materials and other important documents.
  • Streamline and implement critical and routine product processes.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma and above in any relevant discipline.
  • Good execution skills and attention to detail.
  • Good ownership and the ability to get things done independently.
  • Good communication verbally and in writing.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with multiple parties involved.
  • Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills.
  • Good command of Excel/Google Sheet and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of HTML would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (required) and proficiency in any Southeastern Asian languages (optional) to facilitate communications and collaborations with stakeholders.
  • Experience with Magento CMS, JIRA Ticketing or Dot Digital CRM is a plus.
