Responsible to ensure calibration and PM program are setup for new instruments/equipment serving the Manufacturing Unit, Laboratories, Utilities and General Areas in COMOS, CMX and SAP-PM by coordinating relevant information needed.
Ensure instrument commissioning works and calibration related to E&I are executed by vendors are meeting site requirements.
Updates instruments information in COMOS, SAP-PM and CMX when required.
Generate project documentation and complete COMOS task for any Electrical and Instrument related process change requests and critical change requests.
Provide appropriate and timely input to projects team from concept through end validation
Assist and manage Change Management for any Electrical and Instrumentation related change
To participate to any Electrical and Instrumentation related troubleshooting, deviation and root cause investigation.
Comply with all GMP, HSE and Global policies and procedures
Ensure that all Electrical and Instrumentation activities adhere to site related Work Instructions (WI) and SOPs.
Ensure all work performed are in accordance to GMP, HSE and Global policies procedures.
Perform other work as instructed by representative from time to time.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or equivalent
5-10 years relevant experience in engineering environment. Experience in a cGMP and/or pharmaceutical environment.
Start-up or commissioning experience is an advantage.
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday: 8am - 5 pm
For Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday: As required on overtime.
