Job Description

& Requirements:

Check and monitor the progress of shop drawings for approval submission; Ensures the understanding and compliance of drawings with standards and specifications; Ensures understanding of project scope and requirements that impact accuracy of shop drawings; Prepares shop drawings and necessary documentation submission to main contractors/architects, etc; Prepares and updates status of shop drawing submission for each project; Highlights and discusses any discrepancies on items/materials with relevant parties; Co-ordinates and liaise with various contractor/consultant on shop drawing; Prepares shop drawing and as-builts drawing and submission to consultants for approval; Attends site meetings, progress and design meetings to provide status updates and resolves design and other issues Any other duties as may be assigned.- At least 5 years of recent experience in autocad drawing work

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Min 3 years experience in Electrical Engineering works Experience in construction industry an advantage Knowledge of AutoCAD for drafting * Knowledge of REVIT/BIM an advantage
