• Responsible in all aspects of HR policies and procedures development and administration including development of new policies, process re-engineering as well as policy manual updates.
• Effectively support key HR processes and best practices to align HR initiatives with strategic objectives in business deliverables.
• Develop strong, positive, reciprocal working relationships with HR colleagues, leaders, and employees.
• Analyze employee relations trends and recommends and develops proactive strategies, solutions, programs, and policies.
• Assist and coach managers regarding employee relations, investigations, compliance, performance management, corrective actions, and employee development.
• Coach Managers through challenging performance management situations and support managers in developing and communicating plans to address areas of improvement.
• Train frontline leaders in employee relations topics and processes to ensure compliance and partnership.
• Conducts investigations, communicates regularly regarding pending investigations, provides timely investigation reports, and outlines the applicable corrective actions.
• Counsel employees on performance, career planning and other topics
• Objectively assess and bring to resolution employee relations issues, partnering with legal and ethics committees as needed.
• Use and demonstrate continuous improvement tools and methodology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and tools.
• Host Employee Insight Sessions, incorporating employee survey results and analysis to optimize action planning.
• Lead new leader integration activates to ensure organizational success.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Manage the rollout of Corporate or local HR initiatives at site level.
• Embody, influence and drive Collins culture throughout the business
