You will have the opportunity to actively participate in our global transformation into a digital utility that fosters innovation and co-creation.Provide technical support and cooperation with the origination teams from the operative region of APAC and M&A, for the analysis of business opportunities and initiatives worldwide, related wind farm, PV plant and BESS projects. Compile, process and analyze the technical information needed for the project assessment in order to ensure the application of uniform criteria when considering different investment alternatives enabling the best selection of projects.Responsibilities Define and execute the scope of the technical assessment, according the internal practices the potential new project state: early development, advance development, ready to build, pre-construction, under construction, in commissioning or operational. Perform the technical analysis of the available project documents Execute the project site visits and report General technical assessment, including location and physical connections Project layout and footprint assessment, including influence area, occupied lands, noise receptors, existent infrastructures interferences, as HVL, etc. Identify the global project administrative state, identifying the principal technical constraints and hazards for getting the final licenses and estimated deadlines Assess the route survey feasibility and main works and the main access and roads and cranepads design and technical specifications. Coordinate with Technology the review of the wind load study of the structure and dynamic stability analysis, concluding the suitability for the site and assessing the expected useful life. Coordinate with Technology the review of the selected BESS and ESMS, assessing if complies the projects capabilities requests. Coordinate the review of the project substation and interconnection substation designs, including the HV and MV equipment, the Integrated Control and Protection systems, metering, auxiliary Identify the technical upsides and levers that optimize the project, mitigating identified technical risks, reducing CAPEX and/or increasing the revenues. Evaluate the technical risk of the project, identifying all the factors that could affect the development, design, construction and commissioning of the future power plant and assessing its probability potential consequences Assess the project master plan from the Vendor, considering the inputs related permitting from the Business Development area, and developing the own schedule for the engineering, procurement and construction phases.Requirements Master's Degree in Engineering or equivalent At least 5-10 years experience in engineering/construction management, preferably in renewables energy industry Strong knowledge of Solar PV and Wind technologies, as well as relevant BOP engineering Strong knowledge of HV electrical infrastructures projects Knowledge of engineering and market economics and design optimization Business acumen and demonstrated strong project management skills Value alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence
