Make an Impact by

• Deploy, Configure and Administration of infrastructure, application, transaction, and business process monitoring capabilities such as Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, Nagios, Prometheus across varies systems across multi hosting environments such as VMware, AWS Cloud, Azure Cloud
• Design and Architecture of monitoring Observability framework across Cloud, OnPrem to create a wider monitoring framework that covers wide area of technologies, services, Business Applications.
• Manage and Maintenance of Large multi hosted Elasticsearch clusters. Dynatrace Clusters.
• Create new monitoring templates based on business requirements and keep it always updated to ensure relevance to business
• Create comprehensive monitoring dashboard and alerting mechanism to ensure alerts reach the respective support group in a timely manner.
• Maintain the reliability, availability, performance, and security of the Event monitoring system to meet agreed Service Levels
• Assist with Incident and Problem cases and Change management process as part of the team day to day function.
• Review the monitoring configurations and modify it regularly to ensure accuracy of alerts and minimize false alarms.
• Implement automation where possible to minimize human intervention during monitoring , alerting and error handling steps. Experience in implementing AIOps and Automate remediation of incidents and trouble tickets.
• Support other project initiatives in providing monitoring capabilities to meet business requirements
• To be able to run weekly/Monthly/Year Project/Operational status updates.
• Effective communication and liaison with management and peers, both within and outside the team
• Escalate potential issues and challengers with each of the tool\'s operational and technically capability.
• Participation in on-call 24/7 support model to provide high availability of Services and monitoring platforms.

Skills for Success

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure services space
• Relevant Experience of 6 Years in the areas of Infrastructure and Application monitoring areas
• Atleast 3 years of experience in the Area of Log Analytics and Log monitoring platform such as Elasticsearch or Splunk.
• Ability to manage and operate Monitoring services platforms such as Nagios Infrastructure monitoring or similar. Application Monitoring Platforms such as Dynatrace, ELK APM or similar
• Strong experience and track record in successfully implementing Application Performance Monitoring platform such as Dynatrace Managed with Agent rollouts in large scale across Multiple cloud platform like AWS, Azure and Onprem systems.
• Good experience in implementation and administration of Log Analytics platform such as Elasticsearch, Splunk or similar.
• Good Knowledge in Administration tasks on Elasticsearch platform such as logstash pipeline creations, Index templates, Watcher Rules configurations, metricbeats/filebeat/elastic agents and custom configuration rollout into them.
• Implementation of Monitoring into extensive technology areas such as Weblogic, Jboss, Databases, Network components, Storage solutions, Physical Hardware, AWS Cloud services, Azure Services.
• Build custom monitoring plugins as needed based on custom monitoring requirements.
• Automating Monitoring deployments and Monitoring Operational Tasks.
• ITIL implementation experience and using ITIL standard looks such as ServiceNow.
• Experience in using Jira tools such as creating Jira issues, Confluence, Bamboo Pipelines, Bitbuckets
• Implementation, management, and maintenance of monitoring solutions, specifically such as ELK, Dynatrace and Enterprise grade inbuilt suites such as VMWare monitoring, Azure Cloud Monitoring, AWS CloudWatch monitoring etc.
• Ability and experience to work with Windows, Linux/Unix operating system environments.
• Ability to configure Infrastructure, application and transaction monitoring using APM monitoring tools, Cloud monitoring suites, PaaS based tools.
• Ability and zeal to work simultaneously on projects, delivering project milestones, and communicating effectively with a variety of technical and functional teams
• Participation in Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning and testing.
• Sound knowledge on networking terminology, Hardware, Software and Cloud Technologies such as Azure Cloud, AWS cloud etc..
• Good general understanding of IT Infrastructure Platforms such as VMWare, Network
