JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the EaaS India Team in planning, tendering, developing, and implementing Cooling system-related projects.
• Conduct site surveys at customers\xe2\x80\x99 premises to identify suitable locations for necessary equipment to deploy primarily our suite of cooling solutions with options to integrate EV charging/ rooftop solar system tailored to customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements.
• Prepare and review engineering and design documents such as schematic diagrams, specifications, method statements, Risk assessments, calculations, budgetary costs, energy audits, and progress reports.
• Manage consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to complete project compliance with specifications within budget and schedule.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and obtain approvals related to Cooling / Electrical Vehicle Charging / Rooftop solar System Projects.
• Provide technical support for Business Development, Operation, and Maintenance teams across the EaaS Emerging Markets teams.
• Ensure that selecting contractors and vendors is based on company policies and the code of conduct.
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the Head of department from time to time.
• Ensure effective implementation of the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Management Systems of the company

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in managing large-scale water-cooled chiller System / Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV)-related projects
• Experience in managing chiller system retrofits in operational buildings as well as new installations
• Sound knowledge in use of any project management software for planning and tracking of progress
• Preferably with relevant hands-on experience in designing, energy audit, and optimizing solutions for Cooling projects
• PMP certification will be an added advantage
• Role to be based out of Bangalore, Karnataka for a start but willing to travel and be deployed pan-India as required
