Roles & Responsibilities : Application Engineer

• Interacts with clients and engineering contacts to provide internal support prior to, during, and after shipment on all engineering requirements.

• Project Management skills for orders that require the coordination with Germany, India etc. and third party suppliers.

• Create and reviews drawings to ensure compliance with the submitted specifications.

• Provides key account customers with technical support, solutions, and cost estimates on products and solutions...

• Coordinates between sales, engineering, production, and quality to ensure optimum service and customer satisfaction.

• Works closely with Key accounts to resolve conflicts and design changes before they become significant delays.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
  

• Responsible for the quality standards for engineering, and production activities of the company

• Leading, manage & supervising a team of QA/QC personnel's in accomplishing the assignment in quality and regulations.

• Manage, plan, execute & monitor the production activities right from order receiving, reviewing, implementation, execution, testing and delivery according to standard quality requirement from headquarter and industry regulations.

• Assisting in preparing commercial & technical proposal for tender submission.

• Develop methods for inspection, testing, sampling and training according to NPI process.

• Recommend & implement changes / modifications to improve & optimize design, manufacturing & testing processes.

• Monitoring and revising quality of manufacturing, documentation, testing, installation, system supporting & servicing activities according to overall order.

• Responsible for inspection / calibration tools & equipment in certification and functionality.

• Implement all necessary activities according to company procedure & quality requirements for local production and engineering services.

• Review, recommend & implement changes / modifications to resolve field problem related to the quality standard and regulation.
  

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Electronic or Instrumentation Engineering or Technology.

• At least 3 years working experience in the related field of QA/QC in production.

• Knowledge and able to work in environment of ISO 9001.

• Minimum 5 – 8 years of technical application experience in a relevant field.
  

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English. Knowledge of German language would be of advantage.

• Customer focused attitude (Responsiveness, Accurate & Customer Friendly).

• Proficiency in office management software (MS Office and other company systems)

• Experience with AutoCAD or similar programs a plus

• High degree of professionalism.

• Proven ability to operate under pressure

• Willingness to travel
