Senior Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
> Develop, implement, and continuously improve Facility policies and
management system
> Lead a team of technical specialist in the Operation and Maintenance
of Facility System
> Manage contractors and ensuring safety, quality workmanship and on-
time completion
> Condition Based Monitoring and improvement plans
> Energy and Water Efficiency opportunities assessment and
improvement plans
> Capital investment plans, project planning and timely implementation
Requirements
1. Diploma/Degree in Engineering with relevant experience
2. Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM)
3. Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
4. Strong team player and result orientated
