An experienced Senior Engineer with hands on experience in design, installation, testing and commissioning of Gas Equipment (Gas Cabinet, BSGS system), bulk gas and specialty gases pi An experienced Senior Engineer with hands on experience in design, installation, testing and commissioning of Gas Equipment (Gas Cabinet, BSGS system), bulk gas and specialty gases piping systems. Able to travel and work at various projects sites across Singapore, SEA and India independently. Expertise in design and operation of gas equipment. Willing to travel and work overseas based on project requirements. Job Requirements 6-10 years' experience in managing specialty and bulk gas system installation for advanced wafer manufacturing companies or equal. Expert in design, documentation and pressure drop calculation of bulk and specialty gases systems. Able to manage multiple sites across the region independently. Expertise in facilitating design, HAZOP and RA review. Expertise in design of specialty and bulk gases system. Preparation of equipment P&ID, process flow diagrams, selection of instrumentation and control system. Hands on experience in operation and maintenance of gas equipment like GC, BSGS, VMB, Purifiers and compressors. Able to manage sub-contractors and vendors to ensure successful project completion. Expert in QA testing and validation of gas piping and equipment system. Familiar with PLC, HMI, SCADA and Life Safety Systems integration. Design and installation of gas equipment including facilitation. Familiar with gas charge in and trouble shooting of 'live' equipment. Familiar with 'live' gas system decommissioning and modification.
