Conduct research and development for continuous optimisation of online and offline data processes to ensure high performance, availability and scalability of services and systems, and support rapid business iteration as well as the exploration of new models. Lead Shopee Platform's cross-team collaboration project to ensure that the project is delivered on schedule and brings value to users Conduct pre-research on new technology, complete the design and model selection of the project, and solve challenges Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in computer-related majors Familiar with at least one language in java/c++/golang/python/ Have complex problem-solving methodology and experience in troubleshooting online complicated problems. More than 3 years of research and development experience in Internet companies' search, recommendation or advertising engine, with excellent coding ability Effective team player Experience in designing, building and optimising a large-scale website system is a plus
