Application of software quality assurance for the assigned projects with different domains and different customers
Plan, participate and track all Start-of-Phase, End-of-Phase software reviews and reviews according to the software development plan
Responsible in releasing software development plan of all assigned projects
Regularly examine the review information, products, support documents etc. to verify the projects are developing according to the plan -In case of deviations, to derive countermeasures and tracking the completion of these actions.
Support project leaders and software teams in all software quality related activities
Leads and Coordinate customer/internal audits and assure follow-up on improvement actions
Collect and evaluate software metrics periodically
Represent the software quality towards the customer
Support software process improvement activities Exceeding quality activities, he is responsible for coaching the project teams in all development process activities towards A-SPICE Level 3
Report the software quality assurance activities regularly via an independent channel
