Responsibilities
.

Attain the highest quality and productivity through work simplifications and standardization, implementation of best known methods and implement robust system solutions
Sustain and provide continuous process improvement through planning, evaluating, verifying and executing procedures to ensure that products meet all customers' requirements in terms of quantity, yield and cycle time
Liaise with inter-department (Manufacturing, QA, CFE & Planner etc.), customers & potential customers on establishment & improvement of process, direct/in-direct material and equipment capabilities
Ability to perform cross functional projects to drive improvement

Requirements
.

Minimum 3 years as process engineer in fast moving semiconductor industry
Engineering degree
Experienced in Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI), Wafer Laser Mark & Tape & Reel Die Sorters
Knowledge in ITR, ALR, RCCA, 8D, FMEA, OCAP and DOE methodologies will be advantageous
Independent self starter to drive to meet manufacturing goals
