Responsibilities

• Familiar with smart building management and extra low voltage systems in the build environment sector. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for the project deliverables at each phase.
• Ensure the project complies to the scope and technical specifications, keeping within the budgetary requirements.
• Supervise tasks, communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders, and ensure every aspect of the project is completed on time.
• Organizing, guiding, and motivating of engineers, supervisors, and workers under his charge.
• Ensure daily operation delivers productivity and quality, at the same time meeting environmental, occupational health & safety standards.
• Provide safe custody, control and maintenance of all equipment and special tools used by the department.
• Establish and maintain courteous and co-operative relationship with clients, consultants, suppliers.

• 5-10 years\' experience in the project management of smart building and ELV system and/or mechanical & electrical turnkey projects
• Engineering Management, Team Leadership, and Project Management skills
• Experience in software development and integration
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related field
• Professional certifications in project management or engineering management are a plus
• Based in Singapore
