Job Description


We are currently working with one of the largest diversified real estate groups in the region to look for a Senior Executive / Manager, Engineering & Sustainability (ACMV Optimization) to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work across the group. Job Responsibilities:
-Conduct comprehensive energy assessments and audits to pinpoint areas for improving energy efficiency.
-Collaborate with various teams including corporate, operations, suppliers, and stakeholders to develop and implement innovative initiatives for energy and water management.
-Lead site studies, develop specifications, manage budgets, oversee tender processes, and supervise ACMV (Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation) upgrading projects.
-Provide technical engineering expertise to optimize ACMV systems and enhance overall performance.
-Engage with government agencies to explore funding opportunities for implementing new technologies and conducting trials.
-Evaluate the effectiveness of different technologies and solutions, offering recommendations for scaling up initiatives that align with the company\'s sustainability and operational excellence goals.
-Deliver training sessions to the Operations team to foster knowledge and best practices.
-Undertake any additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering (with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental disciplines).
-A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in ACMV systems, with a strong understanding of chiller plant and air conditioning system optimization.
-Experience in energy audit procedures and familiarity with Building Management Systems will be advantageous.
-Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
