Responsibilities:

  • To track and manage the orders under Operations Support Team
  • To assist Manager generate and analysis operation report and make recommendation for improvement
  • To assist customer and Customer fronting Unit (CFU) in provision matter
  • To support Business to manage and provide excellent service to customers
The Ideal candidate should possess:
  • NITEC in Engineering or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of related experience
  • Knowledge in WAN technologies - Layer 1. (e.g.: Leased Line, Internet, Metro Ethernet, SD WAN, etc).
  • Experience in corporate telecommunications and networking are added advantage
  • Have a passion for customer service and possess excellent customer handling skills
  • Possess interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment
  • Good at planning and organization
  • Independent and capable of decision making and problem solving
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure
  • Good communication and written skills in English or Bilingual preferred
  • Good in report writing and presentation skills
Posses ITIL v3 Foundation, Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt and CCNA is an added advantage.
