Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of Custoer Required Data (CRD) of all orders to ensure timely and accurately delivery.
- Performing swtich works via 2FA SOE laptops for daily operational works.
- Hadling all customers' feedback and troubleshoot all sources of information.
- Hands on to ensure cable testing, changing manins(copper or fiber) and perform jumpering works.
- Need to provide after office hours support.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
The Ideal candidate should possess:
- N, O Level, NITEC in Engineering , Info-communications Technology or its equivalent.
- 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of MDF or CU infrastructure will have an added advantage.
- Able to guide and communicate with/explain to any internal stakeholders.
